Ingredients

24 each Peaches

3 pounds Sugar

2 quarts Cider Vinegar

1/4 pound Stick cinnamon

1 tablespoon Cloves

1 tablespoon Allspice


Directions

Wash peaches and remove fuzz or peel. Mix sugar and cider vinegar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Add cloves and allspice in bag. Cook peaches in syrup until tender. Remove cloves and allspice. Seal in glass jars with 1 stick of cinnamon in each jar. Makes 6 quarts of peaches.
