Ingredients

12 tablespoons cut into 1/4 inche pieces and chilled

8 tablespoons cut into 4 pieces and chilled

1/4 cup chilled

1/4 cup


Directions

1. Add flour and salt to bowl 2. Add shortening and butter to bowl 3. Attach bowl and flat beater to Kitchen Aid mixer 4. Turn to stir for 30 seconds 5. Add water and vodka slowly until all particles are moistened and a ball forms 6. Do not over mix will result in tough doe 6. Divide dough into two even pieces 7. Flatten each piece into 4 inch disc pieces and wrap tightly in plastic wrap 8. Refrigerate for an hour 9. Let dough stand for 10 minutes before rolling out
