Step 1: Line 8 or 9" pan with foil extending foil over edges of pan.
Step 2: Melt chips in microwave safe bowl, microwaving 1-2 min. stirring every 15 sec. until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Reserve 1/4 cup nuts. Add rest of ingredients to melted chips and mix well.
Step 4: Pour into prepared pan, smooth out evenly.
Step 5: Sprinkle nuts on top; cool.
Step 6: To remove fudge lift foil from pan and remove fudge. Cut into squares.
Tip: To toast nuts and coconut place each on separate pans bake at 350 for 5 -8 minutes or until golden brown.
