1 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Uncooked quick oats
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoon Butter
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar firmly packed
2 large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 large Ripe bananas mashed slightly
1/2 cup Crushed pineapple in heavy syrup drained thoroughly
1/2 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
Moist and tasty, I had an extra banana so had thrown that in. Next time will up the cinnamon a little. 223 cal, 10.2g fat, 4.3g sat fat, 30.8g carbs, 18.4g sugar, 2g fiber, 3.8g protein, 157.7 sodium, 50.5 mg Colest.

amyy44Oh, and thanks Beachbumette for adjusting your recipe to say "pineapple thoroughly drained" to remind us not so good cooks, as per my feedback I left ages ago. I have learnt but still look up Bigoven for this recipe :-)
