Ingredients

1 15 oz can crushed pineapple

3/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp corn starch

1/4 cup cold water

2 Eggs beaten

1 tsp vanilla

butter or margarine

cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 . Mix crushed pineapple, sugar, cornstarch with cold water, eggs & vanilla. Mix ingredients in a casserole dish. Spoon over ham and dot with butter then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 1 hr.
