1 kg (2.2lb) ground lamb

1 large egg

1 cup (140g | 4.9oz) finely chopped pistachios

1 cup (150g | 5.2oz) chopped pitted dates (about 20)

1/2 cup (50g | 1.8oz) rolled oats

3 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary

1 tsp dried mustard

1/2 tsp salt (I use Himalayan salt)

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1-1/2 cup (360ml) bone broth (storebought or homemade)

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp unpasteurized honey

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup (75g | 2.6oz) chopped pitted dates

fresh mint choppped dates and chopped pistachios
