Ingredients

1 pound cut into 1/2 inch strips

1 chopped

1 sliced

2 stalks chopped

1 small cubed

1/2 pound sliced

1 8 oz can Chicken broth

1 1/2 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

2 teaspoon


Directions

Combine ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, freeze. Thaw contents of bag and place in a slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over hot "rice" - ie. riced cauliflower or shredded and steamed cabbage. Serves approx. 5-6 people.
