3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium shallot minced
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup Reduced-fat sour cream
Very good. The family liked it. I made it a bit ahead and kept it in a warm oven for everyone to return home. The sauce tasted better after sitting.
