Pork Chops with Mustard Seeds

Ingredients

; teaspoon dried sage

; dried rosemary

2 ts Mustard seeds

4 tb Mustard powder

4 Pork Chops

125 ml Dry cider; (4fl oz)

6 Fresh sage leaves; chopped,

2 ts Chopped fresh rosemary or 1


Directions

Preheat the oven to 200?C/400F/Gas Mark 6. Mix together the mustard powder and seeds, herbs and cider and spread the mixture over both sides of the chops. Put the chops on a foil-lined rack in a roasting tin and cook them in the oven for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
