Pork Roast n French-Fry Po-Boy

Ingredients

1 Tomato; sliced

2 tb Mayonnaise

Oil; for deep-frying

1 Idaho potato; cut 1/4" by 2"

; tender shreds

1/2 c Shredded lettuce

1 Crusty loaf French bread

1 lb Slow; slow-roasted pork


Directions

Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 360 degrees. Fry potatoes until brown and crunchy, 8 to 10 minutes. Slice open bread. Spread with mayonnaise and fill with lettuce and tomato.
