Pork Tenderloin with Maple-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon mustard

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 125 gram pork tenderloin chops

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon rosemary


Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients and rub on tenderloin. 2. Heat oil on pan over medium high heat. Brown tenderloin. Remove from pan. 3. On the same pan, put rosemary, maple and mustard. Boil until sauce is thick. Pour over tenderloin. 4. Enjoy. =)
