Potato and Ham Chowder

My son's favorite meal! It is so easy! Double the recipe and have lots of lef-overs!

Ingredients

1 package scalloped potatoes

1 cup fully cooked ham diced

4 cups Chicken broth

2 medium stalks celery chopped

1 medium Onion chopped

1/8 teaspoon Pepper

2 cups Half and half

1/3 cup All-purpose flour


Directions

1. Mix potatoes, sauce mix, ham, broth, celery, onion and pepper in 3 1/2 to 4-quart crock-pot slow cooker.2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 hours.3. Mix half and half and flour. Gradually stir half and half mixture into chowder until blended.4. Cover and cookon low heat setting 1 hour stirring occasionally, until thickened and vegetables are tender.
