Potato-Beef Bake

Ingredients

1 c Frozen Ore-Ida chopped

1 1/2 lb Ground beef

1 1/2 c Finely chopped celery

1 ts Salt

1/8 ts Pepper

4 c Frozen Ore-Idah golden

1/2 ts Chili powder; (optional)

1 cn (10.5 oz) condensed cream of

1/2 c Heinz tomato ketchup


Directions

Here are a few recipes using Frozen French Fries from: Ore-Ida Magic....Family Favorites from Ore-Ida. 1. Preheat oven to 400?. Grease a shallow 2-quart dish. 2. In medium skillet, over medium-high heat, cook beef, celery and onions, stirring often, until meat loses its red color and onions are golden. Spoon off any excess fat. Stir in undiluted soup, ketchup and seasonings and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. 3.
