3 kg bulghur cooked in rice cooker

6 preserved lemons diced fine

6 clove garlic

300 g mint chopped

200 g Italian parsley chopped

500 ml Olive oil


Directions

process the oil and garlic mix it all up and season really well esp. pepper.
