1. Make crust by combining pretzels, melted margarine, and 3 tablespoons sugar.
2. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
3. Bake 3 minutes at 350 convection 400 regular oven.
4. Cool.
5. In mixer beat together cream cheese and sugar.
6. Fold in cool whip.
7. Spread over cooled crust.
8. Mix jello with boiling water. Stir well.
9. Add frozen strawberries. Stir until thickened.
10. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
11. Refrigerate.
12. Can be garnished with additional cool whip.
