Ingredients

2 tablespoons All purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Ginger

1/2 teaspoon Allspice

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/3 cup Brown sugar

1/4 cup Maple syrup

1 cup Milk

2 Eggs

1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin

1 unbaked pie shell Tenderflake, if you buy it

optional


Directions

Preheat oven to 450F. Combine all ingredients except whipped cream. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450F, then reduce oven to 325F and bake 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool, then serve with whipped cream if desired.
