Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup honey

1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup pepitas

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup sesame seeds


Directions

Mix together everything except the sesame seeds in a bowl till thoroughly mixed (use your hands to knead) then make into bite size. Roll in sesame seeds to finish. Place on baking paper in an airtight container and keep in the fridge.

This recipe is so flexible. We make them at work for snacks, and instead of the seeds we do pecans sometimes, chocolate chips for a 'cheat' week... Also try chunky pb!!
