Ingredients

2 cups Oatmeal

1 cup Protein Powder

1/4 cup Almonds, sliced

1/3 cup Cranberries, dried

1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon

1 cup Peanut butter

1/4 cup Honey

1/4 cup Almond milk

1/4 cup Apple sauce

1/4 cup Chocolate, dark 60%

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract


Directions

- Combine dry ingredients and mix together - Separately, combine wet ingredients and mix together - Microwave wet ingredients for 30secs - Stir wet ingredients and combine with dry mixture - Place in a container with wax paper and refrigerate for 20 mins

Great recipe! I’m allergic to chocolate so I left that out. I also didn’t have any vanilla extract and it worked out well. I’d recommend using a kitchen aid style mixer versus a vitamix as it may hurt the motor. For a different option try replacing PB with Almond Butter!
