200 g cooked unsalted chickpeas (about 1 1/2 cup)

150 g textured soybeans (about 1 1/2 cup)

2 egg replacement* (or 1 normal egg)

3 tbsp water

4 tbsp virgin extra olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

4 cloves

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp tamarind paste

1/4 tsp turmeric
