Ingredients

1 pkg spice cake mix

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

2 ea Eggs

1 cup nonfat milk

1/3 cup canola oil

1 cup canned pumpkin

2/3 cup finely chopped apples

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Blend cake mix and soda. Add eggs, milk, oil and blend 2 minutes. Fold in pumpkin, apple, and nuts. Bake in 9x13-inch pan at 350 F for 35-40 minutes
