Pumpkin Crisp

This is a favorite of ours during the holiday season. Serve with whipped topping or icecream.

Ingredients

1 15-oz can pumpkin

1 cup Evaporated milk

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 18.25-oz package yellow cake mix

1 cup Pecans chopped

1 cup Butter melted

Whipped cream optional

Ground nutmeg optional


Directions

1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 13*9pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture, sprinkle with pecans. Drizzle with melted butter. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove form oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm with whippedcream if desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.
