Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Ingredients

2 cups bread flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 package Quick-rise active dry yeast

3/4 cup very warm water 120-130 degrees F

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons cornmeal


Directions

1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. 2. Combine water and oil; add to flour mixture. 3. Stir until mixture forms a ball. Turn dough out onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes). 4. Place dough in a large bowl coated with cooking spray, turning to coat top. Cover dough, and let rise in a warm place free from drafts, 45 minutes or until doubled in size. 5. Punch dough down; cover and let rest 10 minutes. 6. Divide into four equal pieces. Roll into circle on lightly floured surface, making 4 individual pizza crusts 7. Place crust on a baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal.
