Raisin Sauce for Ham (Easter)

Ingredients

2 ts Prepared mustard

1/2 ts Salt

1 tb vinegar (or more)

2 tb Cornstarch

1 1/2 c Raisins


Directions

Simmer raisins in water to cover for 1 hour. Add mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar. Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of cold water; add to sugar mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
