Raspberry Bavarian Cream Pie

Combining fresh raspberries with gelatin, whipping cream makes for a simple easy dessert.

Ingredients

1 quart raspberries crush

2 tsps unflavored gelatin

3 tbsp Water

3 tbsp boiling water

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 cup Heavy whipping cream whipped

1 extra servings Graham cracker crust

1 cup sugar


Directions

Combine sugar and crushed berries letting stand for 30 minutes. Soak the gelatin in the water to soften, then dissove in the boiling water. Stir the gelatin mix and the lemon juice into the berries. When iberries are about to set, whip the cream and fold into the berries. Pour mixture into crust and refrigerate for 12 hours.
