Directions

Split peppers and remove seeds. Chop peppers and onions coarsely. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Add vegetables and boil 10 minutes. Pack into hot sterilized jars, seal. Makes 4 pints.
