Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked kidney beans or 1 (15 ounce) can low sodium drained

4 plum tomatoes chopped

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/2 red or green bell pepper chopped

1/4 cup no-salt-added tomato paste (see note)

1/4 cup raw almond butter

2 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman's Black Fig Vinegar or balsamic vinega

1/2 teaspoon chili powder or to taste

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (or 1 teaspoon fresh oregano)
