2 cups Half-and-half cream (heavy cream If you REALLY feel wicked)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (or more to Taste)
Salt and white pepper (to Taste)
Few grains cayenne pepper (optional)
6 cooked snow crab meat (8 oz. size), Cut into chunks
Linguini cooked al dente
Awful. Absolutely awful. Too thick and no taste whatsoever. Too fix this it needs about 2 tbsps less flour, 3 cloves garlic, milk, and romano cheese to go with the parmesan.
