Ingredients

3 Eggs

2 Tblsp Milk

1-1/2 Cups Sugar

3 Tblsp Flour

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

3-4 Cups Rhubarb

1 Pie crust Unbanked

Directions

Beat together eggs and milk. Mix with above: Sugar, flour and cinnamon Add the rhubarb. Put in unbanked covered pie crust. Bake at 350^ to 375^ for one hour.
