1. Take short grain Japanese rice and soak it in water for 20 min. 2. Cook according to instructions on package 3. Put rice in fridge for 30 min 4. Form rice into 1/2 inch thick pan cakes about 3 inches wide. 5. Fry in sesame oil until golden brown and season with salt.
