I loved this! It's my first tried recipe on BigOven and it's a keeper! I could never get my cubano to taste authentic. This recipe tastes like I ordered it from the local sandwich shop! A great way to use leftover pork roast!!!
tammypalmerOne of the best sandwiches we've had in years. I'm glad I read the reviews that stated it needs more mojo, I doubled the recipe for 4 for 2 8" sandwiches. We cheated on the pork & bought some pre-made au jus pork from the grocery store. It was sandwich perfection.
KenChristyHThe sandwiches were delicious. The mojo was very tasty, but you need to double the amount to make 4 sandwiches.
jdriemeyerGreat recipe for a Cuban. I liked the mojo. Kicked it up a notch.
