Roasted Baby Carrots

Ingredients

1 pound Baby carrots

2 teaspoon Olive oil

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

1/8 teaspoon Dried tarragon


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 deg F. Combine carrots, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and tarragon on a jelly-roll pan; toss gently to coat. Bake for 15 minutes or until carrots are lightly browned, stirring once.
