Ingredients

2 Yukon gold potatoes Cut into wedges

1 Onion Chopped

12 Asparagus spears Cut into 2" pieces

1 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix

1/3 cup Vegetable oil


Directions

Preheat oven to 450(F) degrees. Parboil potato wedges for 5 minutes. Mix together all the ingredients in a ziplock plastic bag. Spread vegetable mixture on baking pan. Roast for 20-30 min. Place under broiler for extra crispness.
