Preheat oven 350 F.
Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. With wide ends of triangles toward the center, arrange 8 triangles in a circle on large round stone. Corners of wide ends will touch & points will extend 1" beyond edge of stone. Match wide end of each remaining triangle; seal seams.
Chop corned beef and add to onion & parsley.
Mix swiss cheese, sauerkraut, dressing & pepper and add to meat mixture.
Scoop mixture onto arranged crescent rolls.
Beginning in center, lift the dough over the mixture creating a ring.
Lightly brush egg white over dough.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
