Ron's Healthy Pizza Dough

Ingredients

Directions

Combine warm water, Truvia and yeast in a medium mixing bowl. Let set undisturbed for 10 minutes. Then blend in salt, flour, corn meal and coconut oil. Stir well. Then turn dough out onto floured surface and kneed well. Place on pan and cover. Set in a warm place and allow to rise approx 10-15 min. Punch dough down and then allow to rise again for approx 10 min. Divide dough in half and roll out for 2 medium pizzas. Or cut int bread stick strips. For pizza, you must par-bake at 450 for approx 10-15 min. Then add toppings and bake at 500 until toppings are done and crust is golden brown. For garlic knots tie strips of dough into a knot and brush with melted coconut oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Leave dough in strips and sprinkle with garlic salt and top with veggie mozzarella for cheese sticks. Bake these at 450 until dough is golden brown.
