Roasted roasemary chicken with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients

5 lbs Chicken whole

7 Red potatoes halved

carrots baby

1 cup butter melted

4 tbsp rosemary fresh

2 tbsp parley fresh

1 clove garlic

1/2` tsp salt


Directions

Mix herbs, garlic, salt in melted butter Prepare whole chicken and put in roasting pan on rack Put potatoes and carrots around chicken in pan Pour 1/2 butter mixture over chicken and the rest over the vegetables Roast covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, basting every 1/2 hour Remove cover and roast an additional 1/2 hr to 45 minutes.
