A few thyme and rosemary sprigs for stuffing the bird

Juice of 1 lime (rind saved to stuff the bird)

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme

1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

A few thyme and rosemary sprigs tied together to make a brush
