3/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c pear juice concentrate (or small asian pear, grated)
1/2 can(s) coke
1 1/2 tbsp rice wine
1 large shallot grated
5-6 large garlic cloves grated
1 tbsp ginger grated
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
3 medium green onions sliced thinly on a bias
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
