This recipe was a huge hit with my extended family. I added fresh clams and fresh oysters, as well as fresh salmon and ling cod.
amywhitedillerVery good, quick and easy. When I tasted it before serving it was a little bland. I didn't have Italian diced tomatoes, maybe that's why. I had already doubled the thyme so I added Worcestershire sauce. The next time I make this I will double the garlic, and maybe marinate the fish in lime juice, and add chicken broth.
NikhomemadegoodVery delicious! I would like to make again with shrimp or clams or another shellfish.
melissarose1I fixed this dish for dinner tonight. I added a teaspoon of creole seasoning and added clams n mussels. It was wonderful!
NamitI served with 3 slices of baked potatoes in the bottom of the bowl on each serving. It was a hit!Great recipe!
