Ingredients

1/2 Cup Shortening

1/2 Cup Butter

2 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Large Eggs

3 1/2 Cup Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Nutmeg

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Cold Coffee

Directions

Cream Together: Shortening, Butter, Eggs and stir in the 1/2 cup Cold Coffee Mix Together and stir in: Flour, Soda, Salt, Nutmeg and Cinnamon Chill Batter at least 1 hour Baking: Drop 2 " apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes
