1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Potato flakes
1 small Onion grated
Freshly Ground Pepper
1 heaping tsp Backing powder
Oil for frying
Fresh dill for garnish
Lemon wedges garnish
Easy to make and tastes great
pjperkinA great recipe. The addition of potato flakes and grated onion give these salmon balls great texture and flavor. I added a little fresh dill to half the mixture prior to forming to give some of the balls a deeper dill flavor. Both versions were delicious.
