Ingredients

2 cans Tomatoes, fire-roasted

2 cloves garlic

1 onion prefer red

cilantro stems removed; to taste

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 jalapeno pepper, either jarred or fresh to taste


Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend.
