Sammy's Chicken Nuggets

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, spray 2 large cookie sheets with cooking spray, 1. In shallow dish combine bread crumbs, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, and oregano, mix well. 2. In small bowl beat together eggs, olive oil, and water. 3. Cut chicken into small pieces, dip in egg mixture then bread crumb mixture. (You can use a zip lock bag to coat chicken) 4. Bake for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
