35.0 grams Ham shaved

35.0 grams Salami shaved

35.0 grams Chicken breast chopped

20.0 grams Cheddar sliced

30.0 grams Tomato sliced

20.0 grams Carrot grated

20.0 grams Red onion sliced

20.0 grams Butter softened

30.0 grams Lettuce sliced

25.0 mililiter Mayonnaise

1.0 grams Salt

1.0 grams Pepper ground

20.0 grams Beetroot sliced

10.0 grams Alfa Alfa Sprouts

20.0 grams Continental Cucumber sliced

20.0 grams Mustard

20.0 mililiter Tomato sauce


Directions

Prepare ingredients as required. Some items may be purchased pre cut such as Ham etc. Place each item in a seperate container. Provide seperate serving utensils for each item. Layout in order of sandwich assembly. Suitable for one choice of: 2 bread rolls, 2 pita bread, 4 slices bread, 2 focaccia. May need supervision during meal service to keep area tidy. Children such as Darien love the excitement of preparing their own lunch. Only keep 20 minutes supply out at any one time. Replenish from fridge as required.
