Ingredients

1 cup Self Rising Corn meal

1 cup Sour cream

2 Eggs Slightly Beaten

1/2 cup Cooking Oil

1/2 cup Creamed Corn

1 medium Onion Finely Chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Do not beat. Pour into a greased baking dish or pan. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes until golden brown
