Sauerkrout Balls

Ingredients

1 pound Pork sausage fried and crumbled

1/4 cup onions chopped, browned and drained

1 14-oz can Sauerkraut drained and chopped

2 tablespoon Dry bread crumbs

1 8-oz Cream cheese room temperture

2 tablespoon Parsley flakes

1/8 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt


Directions

Mixe and chill above ingredients.Once chilled, roll into 1 inch balls and roll in flour.Then roll floured balls into egg wash(2 eggs and cup of milk)then roll into dried bread crumbs(about cup) I like italian dried crumbs Deep fry in oil fro 45-60 seconds. Can be frozen until ready to use.Thaw before use.
