Sausage Balls

Ingredients

1 pound Italian Sausage

2 1/2 cups Bisquick

3 cups sharp Cheddar cheese shredded

1/4 cups Heavy cream


Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. In a large bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick and cheese. Use hand to mix until blended. Dough will be crumbly. Roll into 1 inch balls and put on sheet. Brush each ball with cream. Bake until golden brown, about 15 mins.
