Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients

1 Ib sausage cut up

1 onion

1 stick of oleo (melted butter)

1 stalk of celery

1 1/3 cup of rice (regular measuring cup)

1 can of Campbell beef broth

1/2 can of diced Rotel (with liquid)

1 Trappeys Black eyed peas with jalepeneo peppers


Directions

Cut sausage, chop onion and celery. Melt butter. Add butter first then all other ingredients in rice cooker. Mix well and cook.
