Ingredients

1 teaspoon Olive oil

1 pound mixed mushrooms thinly sliced

coarse salt to taste

ground pepper to taste

1 teaspoon sherry vinegar or red-wine vinegar


Directions

In a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium. Add mushrooms; season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender and lightly browned, 12 to 13 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in vinegar
