Directions

1. Beat eggs lightly. Stir in corn, sour cream and butter. Fold in muffin mix and season. 2. Pour into 8X8 inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until golden brown. *When doubling the recipe, cook for 1 hour at the same temperature.
