Seared Scallops

Ingredients

1 1/4 pound Scallops Fresh

2 teaspoons butter

2 teaspoons Olive oil


Directions

Remove small side muscle from scallops, rinse and pat dry. Add butter and olive oil to pan. Salt and pepper scallops. Add scallops and sear for 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
